      A: this item has a Super Clear Panel. Which is a reflective screen and helps blacks look darker has better contrast in a room with some ambient lighting.
      However, This also means its very reflective, and is distracting to watch in a bright room.

      A: It does have a PIP. I have found it only works with the input from your cable channels, so you can't select the signal source. I believe that the signal is only SD for both, but have not verified. One nice thing is you can change the size of the PIP and even get it to be a split screen, which on this size screen makes both halves easy to watch.
