"I bought these boots as a birthday present for my 6-year-old daughter. She loves them and they look stylish; however, I wish they wore better. After only three weeks, they are stained and the material that holds the upper to the sole is frayed. They are currently at the shoe maker being cleaned. "Amazing customer service! Fast delivery. Needed to exchange the size. Zappos sent a new pair the next day! Returning wrong size was so easy. They sent a label and all I had to do was drop the box off at my local UPS. No paperwork to fill out. That simple. Highly recommend! "
