"I have recently discovered Earth shoes which have been great for my knees and hips (arthritis). They tend to feel slightly big, probably due to the roomy toe boxes. I feel like I am between sizes. If you buy a larger size for width, I'd say go down a half size. If you need the length, you might have to keep your same size. This pair is very "firm".
