"Redwood turns flip flop - A wonderfully, comfortable slipper. I've recently had knee replacement surgery and have very hard floors. I needed a slipper with good shock absorption and ordered this slipper in hopes it would do the job. I am 150% satisfied with the shock absorption; however this slipper tends to grow. Slipper has a smell to it ...
"Slipper has a smell to it - No one else mentioned this, so maybe it's just the pair I got...but the slippers have a very strong sweet smell...like candy. But it's sickeningly sweet, so much so that I cannot wear them. I've washed them twice...they wash very nicely, and although the smell has lessened, it's still there.
