"This bike is great for arm and leg workouts. It adjusts to a good strong resistance for lower momentum upper body which you really feel in pecs, shoulders and arms. I had a spinal cord injury, and this is a great compliment to lifting in getting my mass and coordination back. It can, however be unstable if you get to far away with leg extension. Cheap piece of junk
"I thought I could use this while seated for a moderate workout. I have fibromyalgia, and have a lot of pain, so I didn't want anything too vigorous. This thing "walked" all over the floor, my feet would not stay on the pedals, and no matter how hard I tried to tighten it with the knob to get some resistence, it would not tighten.We tried to give it away, but no charity would take it.
