"I thought I could use this while seated for a moderate workout. I have fibromyalgia, and have a lot of pain, so I didn't want anything too vigorous. This thing "walked" all over the floor, my feet would not stay on the pedals, and no matter how hard I tried to tighten it with the knob to get some resistence, it would not tighten. We tried to give it away, but no charity would take it. I'd like to have my money back, but I'm certainly not going to the expense and bother of shipping this back."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

"While doing a 12-week project which involved a lot of sitting and not going out to the gym, I found this device helpful to keep up some exercise. It is practical, inexpensive, and easy to use. I could not use it at my desk, however, because my knees would hit the under side of the desk. But I later found that I could use it sitting in a chair while watching television or reading."

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

"We purchased this for my 83-year old mother. It is light weight enough for her to move around easily and the low impact of peddling while seated is great for her fitness level and health issues. She loves water aerobics, but you have to have or get to a pool to perform. This machine is portable & light weight, used while watching your favorite "stories", is low cost and does not require a membership fee. Now she has options for exercise!"

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
