"My wife made a gift to me of LB Evans Opera style slippers a bit over 30 years ago. I wore those slippers almost every day and always took them with me when travelling on business and pleasure (lots and lots of international travel!). "The pebble grain leather is very nice. They have a nice toe box. They were a little tight, and the soles were too narrow, And your foot goes over the side if your not careful.
