"This costume runs small. I bought the 12-18 month size.
My daughter is 15 months and she is less than 50% of the national weight and height average ... not even 20 lbs yet.
This costume just barely fits her without any clothes underneath.
it is adorable and we're going to use it ... but if your 12-18 month old isnt on the small side, I would recommend going the next size up -- especially if you are going to have heavy clothing underneath."

"This was my daughters first Halloween costume. It fit her perfectly, she's 11 months, so we got the 12-18 month size. It wasn't to bulky and hot like some other costumes. She was happy in it all afternoon. And best of all she was super cute in it! I'll keep it for our next baby to use some day."
