"I run a rescue rehab for abused Parrots. I bought this Macaw so I can work with the aggressive Parrots that we are working with. Because these Parrots have no tolerance for my other tamed Parrots they have learned that Squawkers is not going run away for them or attack them. This is the most awesome training tool I have ever found to work along with the Parrots that I have to rehab. And I was thinking that since this bird works wonders with our Parrots here I think it would be great for a special needs child as an educational tool.I read where someone said the feet broke, but as with any toy if it played with rough yes something would break. So parent supervision with a young child would be a must. This toy is perfect for the very young to our young senior citizens.I highly recommend it[...]"

"My youngest son who is turning 3 soon, saw this on TV and starting asking everyday for it. He wants Santa to bring it to him, so we went ahead and got it early (before the Christmas rush!). It will be his Christmas gift and we can't wait! The bird was talking and singing in the box. We raise birds, especially Macaws and one of our Pet Blue and Gold Macaws saw this and she was very curious about this "new bird" she acted like she wanted one for herself as her play toy. She danced when Squawkers started singing and when it spoke, our macaw starting talking to it. It was so cute. I can't wait till Christmas to see my youngest son's face when he gets his own little macaw!!! I would recommend this to any one!"
