The product works great! The only drawback I have is that in order for me to refill a 20 oz bottle I have to take the drip tray off before filling it up. Other than that the product works great. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a water dispenser.

Filtered water picks up smell and taste of plastic. I've cleaned the dispenser with baking-soda water, ran 5 gallons of water through it and cleaned again with vinegar and baking soda. Still tastes bad. Water flow takes 17 seconds to fill one glass - not convenient.

I only wish the water output was faster or a larger amount. It takes a long time to fill up a pitcher which is what I mostly do.

This is a great water dispenser. It takes up very little room on a counter and quickly cools and heats water. I am very pleased with this affordable purchase.

Very fine product holds either the 3 Gallon Jugs or 5 gallon. When hey drink Distilled water vs soft drinks we all win

Perfect nobody drinks in our coffee so this was the perfect choice.

This little unit is wonderful. I purchased it for my son's 1st grade classroom so the kids would have fresh drinking water to consume. The switches on the back are perfect (one for the hot and one for cold) so the kids cannot get to the controls to turn on the hot. For the money, it is a wonderful little unit!

It's working fine for us. It's very nice to have hot water in the calssroom for the students. Thanks.
