"I wash 10-15 loads of regular "family" laundry per week. This is the nicest washing machine (I've owned 5 various top-loading Kenmore, Maytag and GE machines over the years) I've ever owned. I'm thrilled with it, bordering on the giddy. We're so glad we made this purchase after agonizing over the "front loader vs top loader" decision. This machine has some features of both and I think it is the best of both worlds. I like you can use the AutoSense feature to only use just enough water to wet the clothes, or use the regular fill capacity to fill it up like a regular top loader. The spin cycle is amazing on the high setting (1000rpm!) and the clothes come out much less wet than a traditional top loader. You do have to sit down and really read the instruction manual a few times but once you're used to it there is nothing complicated about using the settings. In regards to the reviews that said their machine broke, I'm sure its like anything out there, occasionally you run across a bad one. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this machine."

"If your a techie you will have no problem with washer. Follow directions and it works great. My wife first just did the toss soap on clothes and start. Results were OK-but not good. We used the favorite button (programmed)gives a very good wash. My water savings (Las Vegas)and Gas are already evident. Electrical I am sure will follow.Make sure the unit is level since it can spin at 1000 RPM!"
"VERY LOUD, leaks a lot (twice enough water to leak from the first floor to do damage in the basement, excessive vibration - this thing "walks" across the floor in spin cycle (and that works poorly unless all clothes are the same weight), a loud clunk before the spin cycle begins.
Three service calls, one replaced drum, extra springs and it still leaked, never did get the water temperature unit fixed, and have now been without a washer for two weeks and no replacement or FP repair man in site. Barely new, been in service only since early November 2007. Stay away from this brand."

"So far it has performed excellent. Clean clothes, fast spin, eco friendy, and huge sq ft for the family of 6. Surprised I haven't seen before. Easy to install, no problems. Goodbye GE, Maytag, Kenmore, Whirlpool and the rest."
