"Thanks for the great service and fast shipping...My Husband loves these slippers...they have hard soles for outside...he wears them full time as his feet and ankles are swelled up due to his disease and he can't wear shoes anymore...these are perfect and they hug his feet to give support and stability for him. "The price was more than I wanted to pay for slippers, but I didn t mind, thinking I was getting good quality. After two months of average use, the large stitching holding the top to the sides came loose. Zappos cheerfully replaced them (I am now a dedicated Zappos fan).
