M/W died after 19 months
"My wife and I bought this microwave 17 months ago for casual use such as heating leftovers and frozen vegetables. We used it last night to defrost a frozen meal that required 22 minutes of use. This was obviously too much for the m/w. After use there was an electrical smell and the microwave will no longer heat. "People complain about the loud beeps but they don't realize you can silence everything! Check out "options" and follow the directions. I bought the same brand because of this feature. I hate beeping!
