"I had aproblem with the door and someone was out to fix it within 3 days. It was an assembly problem. A new door was installed cheerfully. The control are easy to use and understand. The turntable off function is weird. It moves back and forth instead of just staying still when you want to defrost a long piece of meat or something that would not turn inside. Not sure about this feature."

"After a year of using it, it stopped working. Service center is expensive for labor and would rather buy a new microwave than to have it fixed."
