"I've had my compact Maytag washer (the Neptune) for two years. Living in a mobile home, I needed a washer that was exceptionally compact. "Letâ€™s hope your machine wonâ€™t ever need to have a service call from Maytag / Whirlpool. I bought my unit 10 months ago and it is already not working. It is still under the manufacture warranty, so I called to set up an appointment for service. "this is on a floor that is not concrete its tile wood and washer shakes rattle and rolls. not steady like my old washer was. I feel washer makers should make washers taller to fit in smaller spots which could hold more clothes. "
