My all time favorite bag and neccessity!
"I love all jansport backpacks! they are the only kind I buy. I was amused at the last comment posted about this backpack because they mentioned that it was not good for hiking. Of course it is not good for hiking!! Jansport didn't design it for that. If you want a backpack for hiking than you should've bought a backpack designed for that. I love this backpack. Cute, but not very functional
"I bought this as a school bag and to double for occasional hikes. The bag is decent for school as long as you don't have many books or are just carrying a pad and a notebook. Otherwise, the load is too heavy for the straps. As a hiking daypack it's horrible. The load just sinks to the bottom of the bag and stays unbalanced. It's very uncomfortable and bounces on your back the whole way...." Read Full Review »

"I absolutely LOVE this backpack!!! It's simply the best one I've ever owned! My mom bought me one when I was in 2nd grade. Now I'm in high school and I'm still using it! That's over 8 years! This shows how long this thing will last! And the best part is, when you wash it, it looks brand new again! "

"I use this bag for day trips. It has plenty of room and is very simple to use. No IPod or cell phone slots or holes. Great for snacks, dry socks, toileties and bottled water if you don't carry a canteen. I like to use the outer pouch for my camera. Just a great bag to stuff with stuff! "
