"I initally purchased this item to wear on a very long (13 hour) plane ride for our honeymoon. This blindfold is amazing - it completely blacksout everything around you. All I needed were my earplugs, headrest & this mask and I was all set for my 13 hour plane ride. I have had other masks in the past but I have always pulled them off (b/c of their discomfort) and none of them were ever as effective as this one! It is so comfortable you totally forget it is on your face. I know where this mask every night b/c I go to sleep early & my husband comes home he likes to read in bed. With this blindfold I can be sleeping & he can turn on the lights & read and I am non the wiser! This is the best[$] I've ever spent!"

"I had such difficulty sleeping when I started working nights as a nurse about 7 years ago. Soon after I bought a Brookstone mask & it changed my life! It blocks out ALL light. I sleep perfectly during the day now. I have used it for plane rides, too, & even though I used to be someone who used to not be able to sleep while traveling, I sleep perfectly ANYWHERE now. This mask has changed my life. Now, even if I just have difficulty sleeping at night (it's difficult to transition from being a day sleeper to being a night sleeper), I put my mask on & I sleep. It now serves as a cue to rest. I own TWO! Sometimes, I do get hot & sweaty wearing it. Not often because I have central air, but I do wish they made another material to try."

"I've owned and used this for years. I love it. In my experience, most eye masks put pressure on the eyes which is very bad for them. Not this one!
It is extremely comfortable, stays put, not a single particle of light gets through, and even after years of use, there is no sign of wear. It even washes well.
I use it when I travel, when I get migraines, and when my beloved and I get a little adventurous.
I was leery of it being hot because of the foam; but, it isn't. I'm ordering a new one now because I loaned mine to someone on a flight and it wasn't returned to be. It seems expensive to buy; but, works so well and wears so well that it is actually a bargain."

"I’ve slept with this Tempur-Pedic eye mask every night for the past eight years. Honestly, I cannot fall asleep without it. It eliminates all light from the room while comfortably molding to your face. You can wear it loose or snug and still get the same results....a deep peaceful slumber. I recommend it for every night wear, long car rides, on an airplane, or during a daytime nap. Within fifteen minutes of putting on the eye mask you will fall into a very tranquil sleep!! Buy one, or two…it will be the best purchase you’ll ever make."
