So good, I bought two pairs
"I had an older model from New Balance that finally wore out after two years of about 30 miles/week exercise walking. I was really pleased with that old pair, so I bought two of the 811s. The only difference is that I switched from lace-ups to hook-and-loop to save a little time. "These shoes are for my Dad. He receive the 1st pair in rehab, after Hip replacement. He was so happy with these shoes that he ask me to find him another pair. Online Shoes had them and for the best price. They are light weight, comfortable, easy to slip on and off, and very durable.[...] "

"These are actually my wife's shoes. She has a short wide foot and most women's shoes do not fit her. She has always been able to get shoes that fit here. She likes the 811 leather sneaker and has bought four of five pairs over the years. They hold up well and are comfortable. "
