Great features, [...]

"This is NICE range. It has wonderful features. It also has ZERO reliability. The dual fuel aspect of this range is awesome:The stovetop uses natural gas, and it is much easier to set temperatures for items on the burners as a result. One of the great features of the stovetop is that it has a flame sensor. So when you turn on the gas for a burner, it automatically ignites the gas and turns off the spark mechanism. So you don't have the typical "turn to ignite" spot on the dial. You just turn on the gas and the stove does the rest. The convection oven works fabulously. It has three settings: Bake, Convection Bake, and Convection Roast. The use of the oven is pretty easy, and it's very consistent. This oven heats quickly, and remains even throughout the entire interior of the oven. You need to have 220V service for the oven, and you need a natural gas hookup as well.Since this is a slide-in range, you need to make sure that you have a tile backsplash, or something other than drywall behind the space the unit is installed in.There is an OPTIONAL plastic piece to fill in the space where the back part of the stove where is touches the wall. You may also have to purchase side panels if the unit will be on the end of your counter space. To be honest, that seems a little excessive with the [$] retail cost of this stove. Now for the not so good:The warranty support is horrible. No, really, I'm not being mean... Read on...The stovetop has one tragic flaw:ANY type of food spillage when cooking will corrode the aluminum metal the burners are made of (heat + a little food = corrosion). What then happens is that the flame sensor NEVER TURNS OFF THE IGNITOR (thing that makes the sparks). The first call to Jenn Air (Maytag) got me nowhere, because I was on hold FOR 2 HOURS!!I then called from work during business hours, and let the phone stay on speaker while I waited, FOR 2 1/2 HOURS!Finally, I got someone and they sent a person out to repair the stovetop. In order to repair the stovetop the repairman had to TAKE APART THE ENTIRE TOP (which doesn't come off normally). He proceeded to clean the burners and reassemble things. HOWEVER, HE DAMAGED THE ENABLE TOP OF THE STOVE!So then, I had to spend HOURS on hold to get Jenn Air to replace the ENTIRE STOVETOP!I called them 10 times for updates, and they claimed they were ordering the parts. However, after 3 months, they still didn't have the parts, and it was basically impossible to call them and get anyone. As such, I really think that at the end of the day, no matter how wonderful this range was functionally, if you cannot get it fixed properly - or contact customer server for warranty repairs - YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T PURCHASE THE PRODUCT."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
