Though based on my research if you went "down under" to New Zealand or Australia, this is the name to trust. It makes different noises than I was used to with my old Kenmore. "After our Maytag Neptune had the good graces to die (it was horribly moldy, very costly ato fix and blew three circuit boards before we gave it the boot), I bought this machine.
