Trouble Setting New Combination
"I had the hardest time setting a new combination on my locks straight out of the package. I came to this site hoping to get some hints from anyone else who had the same issue. I did finally get the locks to work. My error was in step three, "Press down firmly on the Shackle and turn it an additional 90 degrees counterclockwise." TSA Does Cut This Lock and Toss
"I just returned from an international trip via air and was dismayed to find that upon entry to the US and transfer to a domestic flight, the TSA did in fact cut and destroy the lock! There was a tag inside my luggage to advise that it had been searched by the TSA. Buy this item and depend upon it for security of your belongings AT YOUR OWN RISK!..." Read Full Review »

"I bought the locks because the numbers are easy to see. I have the black locks with white numbers. I used the lock on a 25" suitcase and it made it through four flights intact. I also used it in the hotel to lock my suitcase.
