Size inconsistency

"I ordered 2 packages (3 in each package) of size 6. The 3 pairs of briefs that were made in Honduras were a perfect size 6. However, the 3 pairs that were made in Vietnam were definitely a size larger. The nylon fabric used in all 6 pairs of briefs seems to be of inferior quality compared to the nylon in the Olga briefs I purchased 10 years ago in department stores.
