"This is one of the cutest Halloween costumes I've found. We took the kids down to a street Halloween party in their costumes, and everyone absolutely loved my daughter in her poodle skirt! Out of the hundreds of kids she definitely had the cutest costume. The sizing on the costume is terrible, however. My daughter is 17 months old & 24 pounds. "I read all the reviews, so I changed my mind about the size to order. I hope this helps all the future buyers of this product. The whole outfit does not run small, just the black leotard. The skirt part of it runs true to size, so depending on your childs build, if you buy the big size, you may end up with a large skirt. My daughter is 26 months, but very slim 23#s.
