Crude language but quite the eye opener!
"Skinny B#@!% was SO NOT what I expected. The story contains lots of explicit language which does not bother me at all... but some people may be offended. The authors are brutally "honest" and don't hold back at all. Funny but weird
"After reading this book it will never make you want to eat again. The authors basically make almost every food very very negative. The authors basically promote people to become purely vegetarian. Reading this book did not really give me too much information on how to eat healthy. I am 5'4 and weighs 125 lbs, I believe eating everthing in moderation is the way to go.
