Directions As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with an  8oz glass of water 2 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings, before the workout. Consume ten 8oz glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
