Great bag until the handles ripped

"After about 10weeks of use I noticed the shoulder strap that attached to the bag started to rip. Unfortunatly it was not repairable so I removed the strap. About 3 weeks after that one of the handles started to rip. I never overload the bag nor is it very heavy. Needless to say we are getting a different bag.
