Very cheaply made, and the headphones fell apart even before I was able to use them.

My friend got this for her newphews that live in CA. for christmas....and they are pretty young as in they are on the computer a lot and understand gadgets a lot better than people my age....Well they haven't figured how to put songs on there and they sent it back to my friend for her to try and firgure everything well we both can't figure it out ....CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP....there is no number you can call on this mp34 player if you have questions [...]..... so if someone doesn't explain this thing to us soon we will beging to think we got RIPPED OFF!!!!!! Oh and the instructions really do not help at all....[...] this product isn't very friendly!!! HELP ME PLEASE

Can I leave a 'negative star' review? This thing is small so it won't even make a good paperweight, let alone MP3 player. The manual is very poorly translated and is good for nothing except a laugh. I spent hours with this thing and the only thing I could get going was the FM tuner for about two minutes. After that I couldn't repeat the feat or get it to do anything else. As far as I'm concerned, the best thing about this product was the box. It had a nice box. A lovely, thirty-seven dollar box. Do I sound bitter? Hmmm....

Cannot program this ... same control used for several features...screen too small to read and too cumbersome I bought this so that I could walk with ease and even use the FM if I could not program my tunes. Had it for 3 weeks and still cannot achieve this...gave to a freind and they are struggling as well. If I could use it it would be a good buy...but as I am still waiting I would have to suggest pass.

This product has a poor sound quality. Therefore, i'm going to pass it on to a child.

First, the documentation does not match the software menus on the unit. The doc should point out that the MODE switch has left, right and IN positions.
I gave one of these to my daughter and she liked it. I then ordered one for myself. When I attached it to my (older) DELL computer, a message said that the attached unit was defective, replace it. So now, I suppose I will give this one to my son, who has a newer computer.
The FM receiver only picks up one station. My truck picks up a station on almost all frequencies.

The product was ok I would of enjoy the mp3 player more if it could be charge by the USB port,

I received the MP3 Player very quickly, and unlike some of the other players I have dealt with in the past this one was easy to add songs to it. The FM radio works on all my favorite stations except one, but I can live with that. Overall I'd say great product.

best feature is the sound quality and its small size. recommend in ear ear phones for better outer noise reduction.
worst feature is the owners manual and ease of learning how to navigate thru menues.
print is too small.
recommend instruction on how to load or download music from the point of view of a novice

player is ok, the glass over the screen breaks VERY easy.
