"I bought this for my daugther for Christmas when she was 18 months old. She has always been small for her age so I was afraid she wouldn't be able to reach the pedals, but you can adjust the seat to slide forward (and then tigthen it in place with a screwdriver) and she had no problems reaching the pedals. "Please dont waste your money on this tricycle. It was bought as a Christmas present for my son and it is very poorly made and my son who is not rough with it at all, turns it over several times a day.
