"1/4 cup of thermal carafe was unuseful becasue can not indicate water level. I can not use thermal carafe as a mesuring cup.

Lukewarm coffee, It was only 148 degree after finish brewing. By standard of SCAA should be atleast 200 degree. I have to warm the pot before brew. Why offered automatic time …" Read Full Review »

"Very disapointed with this coffee maker. Coffee occasionally smelled and tasted of burnt plastic. Spout Problems

"I think this machine is very attractive, however it has a design flaw. The pour spout is too short and water/coffee spills everywhere each time I use it. I also agree the coffee is not very hot- do yourself a favor and buy a different machine "
