So disappointed

"We were thrilled with this HDTV when we got it. Easy setup, automatic programming, lightweight, wonderful picture and sound, especially the HD channels. Unfortunately, on Day 2, it lost its programming, and we had to wait the 20-30 minutes for the stations to reprogram.
