"I'm so glad that I bought this shoe for my trip to London. Tthe other pair that I took with me, probably a very good walking shoe (Rockport) was too narrow and I couldn't wear them during the trip. Even this pair was slightly narrow and maybe a bit short. But I am not blaming it on the shoe itself -- I might have purchased the wrong size. "The redesigned heel is too loose and the forefoot looks too long in the profile view. My foot slips and slides inside of the shoe as I walk giving a very uncomfortable feel, even though the sole is well cushioned.
