I love these cubes for my toddler. When I make stews or soups in large quantities, I can just freeze the remainder and save these healthy meals for another day. The portions are just right and they are easy from use to freezer to table to dishwasher!

These let me freeze any amount of blended food. As my infant's appetite increases, I fill them fuller. They go from the freezer to microwave (sometimes into the diaper bag) to the dishwasher. I also use them to transport dried cereal to feed baby (just add water) on the road and to freeze chunks of fruit for the baby safe feeder. As a note, once I tried to get the frozen cube out by thawing it slightly and pushing against the sides and the container broke. I won't do that again! I bought more instead...

I make most of my infants baby food and I truly love these containers. The only con is that one of the lids cracked after not carefully placing it in the dishwasher. So just remember to place them in there carefully! Otherwise, I love them!!!!

    AMAZING FOR HOMEMADE BABY FOOD
    Aug 24 2008
    Pros:
Compact, Easy To Clean, Easy To Use, Portable
    Best Uses:
    Infants, Meals
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love Baby Cubes. They have been amazing organizers as my little one has begun to eat solids. Making your own baby food is a joy and this makes it even easier. The only problem I have with them is that when frozen, they break very easily. I have broken a few taking them out of the freezer and dropping them.

Seemed like such a great idea
    Aug 24 2008
    Pros:
Compact, Easy To Clean, Easy To Use, Portable
    Cons:
    Fragile and brittle
    Best Uses:
    Meals
    Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I was very excited when I found this product. It's important to me that my baby get wholesome organic food and these were going to be just what I needed to freeze her food. Unfortunately, after only just a few uses the containers became brittle and cracked. 5 of the 8 have broken now! One of them even caused a nasty cut on my thumb. I never used them to microwave, only to freeze. I had to dump the food when this happened for fear that shards of plastic may have gotten in the baby's food. Be careful, this product could be potentially dangerous.

I did not end up making baby food as I intended but I was still able to use the Baby Cubes. They were perfect for making, transporting and serving her rice cereal, especially at daycare. Now that she is eating "real food" I intend to continue to use them for diced and cubed foods. It would be great it they made them even bigger.
