"I had thought about purchasing the Britax Comapact for our daughter (age 2) when she graduated from a baby carrier to a carseat, but seemed to have gotten more bang for my buck with the Alpha Luxe Echelon! Poor LATCH and Seat Belt Design for Rear
"We were looking for a second car seat for our 7mo girl, we already own a Britax Boulevard for my wife’s ’08 Jeep Liberty (Fits great) and didn’t want to pay for another Britax. The Luxe looked and felt great and was priced right and did not need to be retreaded as she gets bigger.
