"These work but you must watch how you take it. First of all, they must be taken at least an hour before mealtime to be effective and I take 2 in the morninbg which lasts me through most of the day but then I take 2 about 4pm for the evening meal and wait about an hour and take 2 more as the evening …" Read Full Review »
