"I decided to give this product a try to jumpstart my diet. Though it was a bit difficult to give up some of the foods, it actually stopped my late night eating. It definatly cleansed the body, however, I experienced pretty sharp pains every morning telling me it was time to go to the bathroom. It's basically just a gentle laxative!
"I just wanted to let everyone know that this product claims to be a "detox cleanse" when really all it works as is a gentle laxative. You can save your money and buy docolax! I did the whole 7 days, and I found that it did help me go to the bathroom, but I had a lot of gas and cramping with the product, but not overly severe.
