Great tasting shake!
"I am using this product along with a diet and exercise program. It helps to satisfy my cravings, and it fits well in my low-calorie diet plan. I highly recommend using a blender with ice. I want to like it but.....
"I love the fact that it is really low carb since it is hard to find many that are. However, I really don't like the taste and I am not a picky eater. I read the reviews before purchasing and bought the vanilla. I tried one scoop of CS and one scoop of frozen blueberries with splenda and ice cubes ( couldn't even taste the blueberries)I tried adding peanut butter ( that was a bad idea!),I tried bananas and ice ..."
