Who writes the reviews on Buzzillions?

The reviews on Buzzillions are written by people just like you. We don't pay people to write reviews. We don't employ experts to give advice. These are reviews from real users who want to share their experiences so that you can benefit from their wisdom.

What does it mean to be a Verified Buyer?

Our retail partners can tell us if the reviewer actually purchased that product online. Those reviews are tagged with the Verified Buyer badge.

How do you determine the product ranking?

The Buzzillions ranking system uses statistical analysis to determine which products are the best, and worst, in each category. It takes into account:

• Number of reviews
• Star rating
• Category average star rating
• Trustworthiness of reviews (whether or not a review is from a verified buyer)
• Review date (the more recent the better)

We exclude out of stock products from our ranking system.

What does it mean to be a Reviewer's Choice Award winner or finalist?

The Reviewer's Choice Awards are calculated based on all the reviews that were submitted during that time period. For example, the Reviewer's Choice Awards for 2008 were calculated using only reviews from 2008. We use the same statistical analysis that is used to calculate the product ranking. All products with reviews are included, whether they are currently out of stock or not.

The #1-ranked product is awarded Buzzillions Reviewer's Choice Winner and the #2- through #5-ranked products are awarded Buzzillions Reviewer's Choice Finalist.

How can I report an inappropriate review?

If you see a review that you think is inappropriate, please flag it for our attention by selecting the Report Abuse link at the bottom of every review. We will look into it as soon as possible and take down the review if it violates our policies.

How can I report a bug or problem with the website?

If you find a bug or problem with our website, of even if you have a great idea to make it better, please contact us and let us know. The more information you include the better we can respond.

Anyone can become a member. Just sign up for a free account on Buzzillions!

What are the benefits of being a member?

Although you don't need an account to read reviews on Buzzillions, becoming a member will allow you to:

How can I change my password?

Your password can be changed on your profile page. Just login then click on the "Welcome" link in the top right. This will take you to your profile page. Once there, select the Edit Profile button then go to the Change Password link.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

If you forgot your password, go to the login page and select the Forgot Password? link to reset it.

I'm having problems with my account, how can I get help?

If you're having problems with your account, please contact us and we'll look into it right away. The more information you can provide the better we can respond.

Writing Reviews

How do I submit a review on Buzzillions?

First, look for the product on Buzzillions. Once you find the product, go the product details page. You can submit a review by going to the Write a Review link at the bottom of the Review Snapshot. You will need to have a Buzzillions account in order to submit a review. If you don't have one already, you can create one as part of the Write a Review process.

Why doesn't my review appear on Buzzillions immediately?

After you submit a review on Buzzillions, it will need to go through moderation before being displayed on Buzzillions. Moderation usually takes just a couple of days.

Why does my review need to go through moderation?

At Buzzillions we have a team of moderators who read every single review to ensure that they comply with our guidelines. Reviews should not contain HTML, references to other retailers, pricing, personal information, or any profane, inflammatory or copyrighted comments. Once a review is found to follow these guidelines, it is approved for display on Buzzillions.

Can I edit or update my review after I submit it?

Once you submit your review on Buzzillions you can't edit or update your review. So read over your review carefully before clicking the Submit button.

How can I write a review for a product that isn't on Buzzillions?

Currently, you can only write a review for a product that's already on Buzzillions. We are constantly adding more products and are looking into ways for users to add new products. If there's a missing product that you would like to see on Buzzillions, please let us know.

Where can I go for more information on a product?

Buzzillions is a product review site only. If you have specific questions on a product, how it works, where to get replacement parts, etc., the best thing to do is contact the retailer or manufacturer directly. Or you can ask our community.

To submit a question to our community, first find the product you're interested in. Once you are on the product details page, go to the Q&A tab in the Review Snapshot to ask your question.

Why is the price wrong?

We get all our pricing information from our retail partners. We try to keep this as up to date as possible. If you see a wrong price please contact us and let us know.

Why is the in stock information wrong?

As with pricing, we get all our in stock information from our retail partners. We try to keep this as up to date as possible. If you see wrong in stock information please contact us and let us know.

When will a product come back in stock?

Buzzillions is a review site only. We don't have information on when a product will be back in stock or other places you may find it. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

What are your shipping policies?

The products on Buzzillions are offered through our retail partners. Please contact the retailer directly about shipping.
