I ordered these Triple Action Weight Control pills along with the Mega-T Green Tea fat burner, and Applied Nutrition's Green Tea Fat Burner to see which product worked best. These BY FAR gave me the best results, BUT it took about a week of taking them every day before they decreased my appetite almost completely. After a week of taking them I was able to go all day without eating if I wanted to. Plus the fat burning works great. There was one week where one day I ate a whole medium pizza and then another 2 days later. When I weighed myself, my weight was EXACTLY THE SAME! I didnt watch what I ate at all and still hadnt gained a single pound. The week I did watch my diet, I lost 6 pounds. These are wonderful and do work, but some people, like me, will have to take them for a while before they feel the full appetite control effect. I started using this product one and a half months ago, at first I thought it was not working as I didnt lose any weight, but after the first month I noticed a real low appetite, I eat half the portions that I used to eat and I feel real full, and am not even exercising, I lost 4.5 lbs since I started using it and I am really excited now that I am going to start exercising to see yet better results. I did not notice any side effects; I didn't try any other weight pills before so I don't know how it compares to others. I recommend that at the first month of using it you use 2 caps before breakfast, and 2 before dinner, you may want to take the dinner caps well before your meal to avoid the caffeine effect. Don't expect to see weight melting down without changing your eating habits and exercising, its not a magic pill, but if you are aiming for a long term gradual weight loss program it will work just fine as well. I started using these about 3 weeks ago. At first, I used to take these immediately before eating. But I found that if I take it about 30-45 minutes before my meal, then it does reduce my appetite. Also the first week of using it, I didn't notice any change in my appetite. I can't eat breakfast (I get sick if I eat too early in the day), so I take it before lunch and dinner. Currently I only take one pill which I think is enough for me. So far I have lost about 5-7 lbs without exercising. I don't sit around all day, but I definitely could use some aerobic-type exercise. I orginally bought this product about 3 months ago and I have had amazing results. I have fibromyalgia, among other health issues, and this product doubled my energy, had kept me from snacking too much, and helps keep me from eating too much. I have also lost 2 inches off my waist, ribcage, butt and hips. I feel better than I have in a long time. I didn't take the maximum dosage, but figure how much works for you. I've only taken one package and I'm ordering three more! I've definitely noticed a reduction in my hunger and in my "snacking" syndrome. I haven't weighed yet, but my clothes are definitely fitting better. I will keep my shelf stocked because this is the first product that didn't make me nervous or feel ill, and curbed my appetite.
