Only Wolf and the Kitchenaid has dual fan convection. Only Kitchenaid and Miele has steam assisted. This Kitchenaid oven is better than both of those because it combines their capabilities. This is a very well constructed intelligent oven for avid cooks. Also reheats food with steam & tastes just made. 2 things disappointed, no cookbook included and had to buy their broiler pan. You'd think a [$] oven would come with those. Directions on how to use the steam assist are vague and requires experimentation, but worth the effort. The browning effect on meats is incredible. Casseroles don't get the 'burnt edges', and the frozen pizza tastes like its just from the pizza parlor. Soufles also come out perfect as well. Overall, a great oven. Read more

We love having the Kitchen Aid double ovens. They are easy to use. Have the touch screen controls and they look great in our new kitchen. Read more
