ive only started taking the pills for 4 days...havent been really excersing..unless you count me walking to school and runninng atfer the bus if i miss it...uhh but it sorta does look like its been working..i read the reviews that they had the excellent side and the one that didnt like it...they both made sence to me because when i look at the mirror i see that im starting to get curves..like the hour glass figure...i can actually go a day without needing food and still have energy...since i'm so busy i cant really eat all the time i know its bad...but i do eat when i actually have time...-__-' before i took these pills id get so hungry and tired that i wouldnt want to work..but after taking these..i have more engery and i last though the day till i do eat...lol i wouldnt know if it really worked till i saw my weight..soo right now i'm like at 140-145 roughly...soo lets hope im at 138-143... buut on the other hand they did have good points about the headaches and feeling sick...and … Read more

I love these pills! They helped me lose 15 pounds and I've kept it off for 3 months now. I'm down to my goal weight of 120(im short) now :) These pills help me stick to my 1500 calorie diet without being hungry at all and give me the energy to do about 45 min of cardio every day. They also seem to help keep you on a normal bathroom schedule, so I don't have to take fiber supplements anymore. I took one pill a day for the first week, and then increased it to 2 pills after that. Make sure you take these at the same time everyday or you will get headaches, also dont take after about 5pm or you won't be able to get to sleep. The only side effects I've had are being a little shaky the first 1/2 hour or so after taking these pills, but I usually pop one after breakfast and then as soon as I'm done working out! I also use the carb blocker capsules occasionally from this same brand if I pig out a little :) Great product and price! Read more

Okay so I'm 30 lbs overweight, and I'm determined to get the weight off. I just took it two days ago, and its given me more energy than I've ever had. But it feels natural, not like an energy drink. I dont know how to explain it. So i took it two days ago and it gave me the energy to run on the tredmill for 40 minutes straight. So far, in the past two days, I've lost 4 lbs and I feel great. I've been taking it for 3 wks, lost no weight, clothes fit the same, & have come to the following conclusions: 1. It makes me sweat like crazy - even after getting out of the shower and standing in a central a/c house. WHY? There's cayenne pepper in this product. When I take this stuff in the a.m., I have *BO* by 11 a.m. If I don't take the product at lunch time, I don't have any more problems. Doesn't take a genius to figure out the connection. 2. Sort of curbs my appetite, but this product doesn't make me eat less or fill up faster. If you ever took the old Metabolife, you know what I'm talking about - you had little appetite and when you did eat, you didn't want to eat much. NOT the case with Green Tea Fat Burner. 3. The caffeine gives me a jittery feeling. In summary, I don't recommend this product. It's not the worst out there, but it doesn't even come close to how effective the old Metabolife used to be. This is by far the best weight loss aid I have ever used! I am 44 years old and 2 years ago I was wearing a size 10. Before I tried this product I worked out every day and watched my eating and never lost a pound. After I started taking 2 capsules in the morning every day without fail and continuing to work out daily and watch my eating... I LOST 30 POUNDS! I am now a size 4! I have been a size 4 for about 8 months now and I feel great! I still continue to take the Green Tea every day, but now I work out 4 days a week and I can eat the fattening stuff once or twice a week. The key is to let the Green Tea extract HELP you. You still have to do the work though. My weight came off slow, but now that it is gone it will stay gone as long as I am consistent.
