I first discovered this product in a box of Clairol Nice 'n' Easy and I loved it. Like one of the other reviewers, I was able to find it locally for a short time but when I could no longer, I went online and found it. I use Colorseal daily because I have very dry colored hair. Colorseal is the best conditioner I have ever used, and I have tried many products. It has repaired all my damaged ends and improved the texture and managability of my hair. It has softened my stiff, gray hair shafts and enabled me to wear a more "youthful " hair style. When I started using Clairol's Nice 'n Easy haircolor, this conditioner was the one included in the package. It was so great I wanted to use it ALL the time, not just when I colored my hair. I've never written a product review before but this conditioner is so fantastic I had to share my thoughts. My biggest problem is knotty hair and this conditioner is literally the only conditioner that makes the comb just fly through my hair and gets the knots out soooo easily. (The only other product that ever did that was Aussie Knotforgotten but they discontinued it). I wish they would make this conditioner in a large bottle rather than a small tube but if you have excessively knotty hair like me, this is the absolute best. I have to use it EVERYDAY, not just once or twice a week. Read more

This is the EXACT same conditioner, including same container and size, as found in the box of Clairol hair dye. So if you run out of it between colorings, this is your ticket. I'd use it even if I did not color my hair, AND it is also a good travel size. Smells a little like coconut, but in a good way. I do not generally like fragrances in products, but this is a good smell, and the smell does not stay on your hair, it rinses off. Read more
