I notice a diffrence

I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks now. I am 24 years old and have had to fight my weight the last 2 years. I was 110 in 2007 by 2008 the highest my weight was 170! Let me tell you Im 5'2 I have a small frame so I was big! I have made a commiment to myself to lose this ugly pesky AGGRAVATING weight. I am now 150 2 weeks ago I was 162. I was noticing today my body feels diffrent and I can tell my belly is reducing! Yay:) Im very excieted I work out 3 days a week and have been trying my hardest to eat healhly. OK, here are my thought on this product. I am on my second 45 day supply. I did reorder. I primarily ordered this for the "reduces belly fat" claim. I have always had a problem with belly fat my entire life. I could never get rid of it no matter what I did. Now, since I have been using this product there is a noticable reduction in belly fat. I could hardly pinch an inch. HOWEVER, you must understand that I am dieting AND exercising religiously. So, I can't say whether the reduction in belly fat is from the diet and exercise or the pill. I will say that I have dieted and exercised in the past and never had such a flat stomach in my life. So, who knows? It did NOT curb my apetite. I am as hungry as ever. It does taste funny in your mouth but once you swallow it, the taste is gone and there is no aftertaste. Read more

I only need to lose between 10 and 20 lbs and I have lost 5 lbs already from taking these. They curb my appetite and give me a slight energy boost without giving me the shakes. When I take my morning tablet, I just don't think about eating all day. In fact, I have to consciously say to myself "ok, eat a snack now", just because it's not good to be running on empty with what I do for a living. If your binge eating is more mental, maybe this doesn't curb your appetite, possibly why the negative reviews. Sure, you can force your body to keep eating, but then you may need a psychologist and not a diet pill. I say give it a shot for [$]! I'll continue to use these to curb my appetite, whenever I have to shed a few pounds. Read more
