I packed on 25 extra pounds over the past 2 years and decided to do something about it. I tried an aggressive 1000-1200 calorie a day approach and it was working, but some days I fell off the ladder. Someone suggested Hoodia and I picked up the 20-Day Hoodia diet expecting no results. The first day I took it I immediately felt results, no hunger, in fact I had to force myself to eat. The first week I lost 5 pounds, and have been on it for about 25 days and have lost 20 pounds. Since then I have gone from 1000 calories to 1500 calories with 30 minutes of cardio, weight training and vitamins. The short and skinny of this product is that it is an AID, you have to eat right, work out and realize that you can not live your life on barely eating anything everyday. I plan on increasing to 2000 calories when I hit my target weight of 185-190 and then continue my work outs and essentially stopping the Hoodia. Read more

I had tried Alli earlier this year... and decided the side effects just aren't worth it. I've always been skeptical to try other diet pills but decided to take a chance on this on Monday. It's now Wednesday and I lost 4lbs. (I checked the scale 3x to make sure I wasn't imagining things!) Since Monday I also cut milk/dairy again and have been watching my portions - but I noticed almost immediately that I am just not as hungry as before... PLUS I have more energy. I just started working out again yesterday and plan on making that a part of my daily life. I Love this product! I have taken this product 3 different times. The first time I took it I immediately noticed an increase of energy without the jitters. Within days I noticed that my appetite had curbed. Before I was begging seconds at the dinner table but I could barely eat half a normal portion. Within a week I had dropped 5 pounds. I should mention that I was also riding an exercise bicycle for 20 minutes three days a week. Later I started the product again without the exercise and had the curbed appetite but not the energy or as big a loss in weight. I started this again a few days ago, riding my bicycle (started riding a month ago) and once again I see a dramatic change! People react differently to products. I tried metabolife with NO success. My body likes this one a lot with a little cardio vascular going on. Maybe you should try a small bottle fist or catch it on sale to see if it works for you! Read more

This did nothing but make me throw up, and even though the bottle is empty after said 20 days, I have failed to a) feel "less hungry" or b) loose weight. Stupid, waste of money. Read more

I have never tried diet pills before although I have tried ephedrine for energy. I think these do work, although three pills at once did upset my stomach. I notice an effect on my appetite with just one pill a couple times a day and that doesn't upset my stomach at all, so that's all I'm taking. Two was pushing it: I got a little queasiness and jitters. Note that the directions say to take UP TO three. Read more
