I consider myself to be in good shape. I'm a former Marine and am, currently, a mailman. I don't have time to stop, literally. To be blunt, I was concerned with diarrhea. No problems at all. However, do expect more substantial BM's by day 2. My diet is basically what is recommended by the program, except, I had to cut dairy, coffee, and alcohol. Also, if you don't already, take a multivitamin, as you are flushing your body of nutrients, as well as toxins. I am happy with the program and plan to repeat it, after the holidays was a good time for me. I lost 3 pounds, feel less bloated, and more "regular." Imagine clearing your schedule in order to take the 2-day liquid formula complete cleansing program from GNC. Imagine anticipating a complete body cleaning and the build up from the clerks at GNC. Imagine the feeling you get when you’ve purchased this product and expect that in a few days you will feel much better. Well you will simply have to imagine it because if you expect it after consuming this product, you will be sorely disappointed. I was completely disappointed in GNC for selling such a useless product. I took the product and expected results, but got nothing. Then I wanted to see if perhaps I didn’t follow the correct instructions and went online to look at the directions on the product and found several reviews, none of which was positive. I took the 7-day package and while the caffeine w/drawl was difficult I found this product to be very refreshing. I had more energy, started working out again and have tailored my eating habits. This is a complete waste of money & time. I did what the bottle instructs & there was no differance in my bowl movements at all. You are better off taking Exlax or fiber then doing this. The only thing that this cleans is your pocket book for wasting money. Buyer beware....It doesn't work!!!! Read more

This system completely cleaned my colon to the point where I had to take a few days off of work. If you have free time on your hands and want to be cleansed, this is the product for you. The problem that I had with this product was that I begin the 2-day cleanse a month ago and I still do not have total control of my bowels. Read more
