I am a coffee drinker but only maybe two cups a day in the morning. So I took only one capsule around 1pm and the next day my palms were itching, my arms were itching, my stomach was itching... I dont know if this was a side effect but it was very concidental. I have not taken another pill since then. These are the absolute best!! I've tried most of this companys products and I can say that most of them work fairly well, but not all of them can suppress my appetite when I'm really hungry.
