My daughter's 12 years old and has (had) breakouts all over her face. 1 of her breakouts disappeared after 15 minutes! It's been 3 days since I bought this product fro her and everything is gone. I'm surprised that this product got such bad reviews. I guess it can be a bit harsh though? (I have very unsensitive skin) When I was younger I used this twice a day everyday. It was the only thing that controlled my skin. I'm not sure how but this cream seems to work better than other benzoyl peroxide creams, although it's not a miracle. If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide then you probably shouldn't use this, but otherwise I think it's a good product. I don't use this anymore however because I'm out of my "teenage acne" years I do use a version of proactiv and that works great for me now! Read more

This is not a product to smear all over your face. You should only dab it on the most affected areas. I had a trouble spot next to my nose last night and this product dried it out and now it is almost non-existant this morning. I am a female in my early 30's with normal to oily skin. Read more

I have been using this for years.I put it all over my face and then glob it on the pimples.It does dry out your skin.But that's why companies make facial scrubs and lotion. If you have super sensitive skin, I wouldnt use it,but it does clear up your skin in a short amount of time. Read more
