I will admit I don't have anything to compare it to because I'm a first time mom and have never used another product, but this has been working great for us. We use it once per day after bathtime and it has done a great job of protecting my daughter's skin. She has only had one diaper rash and when she did we used it more liberally and it was cleared up within a day. This one tube also lasted for 7 months!!! We also like the other Boudreaux's bath products, and the Baby Kisses which came in handy when teething because she was constantly drooling and getting her chin chapped. I never bought this until my son was 15months old, and had the worst diaper rash I'd ever seen, he wouldn't even let me touch it to put stuff on it. We bought this and man overnight it made such a difference!! I'm telling eveyone how much this stuff is great!!! Since it's so expensive I plan on only using it when he has a diaper rash and not as protection from getting one. But it's the best thing out there by far!!!!!!!!! Read more

I have used every product on the market for little bottoms. Some worked, Some didn't. It just depends on the baby's skin. So to all mothers, FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND YOUR LITTLE BUNDLE OF JOY!!! Because it's not about the price of the product or the name its just what works!!! So to the moms that are all about name band your full of yourselves by saying its not good enough. I primarily used Desitin for my first son, but my second son broke out in a red, bumpy rash. We tried several other brands with the same results. My husband got online and researched the various ingredients that can cause allergic reactions and found that they were common in most brands. After reading all the labels, we tried this and it worked. When you're in a hurry it's tempting to just remove a wet diaper and put on a new one, but take that extra step to wipe off the old cream and apply fresh cream. Read more

I bought this to try on my grandson's diaper rash. Wow! This stuff really works and works faster than you would think possible. In one day, his little butt went from red to completely normal. I hesitated to buy this small tube because of the price, but I'm sure glad I did. A little dab goes a long way, the smell isn't offensive, and the baby was comfortable right away. The box is cute and he likes holding it while I change his diaper. My daughter recommended it to me and I thought she was kidding me because of the funny name. Read more
