Why am I bothering, this is the web. I should have precise info. With help from my son, we took 10 min. to install. It doesn't weigh much at 25 lbs. Bolts on easy, bolts provided, and holes match. It doesn't effect gas millage either. It would be nice, if the company had included wiring diagrams (highlander)to hook up the trailer lights and then they could sell the parts to me. Its a great product. I own a Toy. No Drilling was required. All the bolts and washers needed to install came with the product. Took me less than 30 minutes to install. Only thing that would have been nice is if it included a cover plate for when not in use.
