I bought a Proform treadmill several years ago. Exercising on a treadmill, based on my experience, was a lot more work for the same calorie goal. I have this Proform elliptical for over 3 weeks and really enjoy working out with it. The assembly was a little difficult because of the tolerances between parts. The most difficult parts to install were the rod/axles. The trick was to put grease on the axle, guide it through, and then use the appropriate bolt with its washer to pull it through the other end by tightening the bolt. The overall assembly time was about 2 1/2 hours. Having done one, the assembly time should be less now. Read more

I bought this for a low-impact aerobic solution. Overall the product is worth the price. However, set was somewhat difficult to setup. Fit and finish could be better - some of the plastic parts won't align exactly. I'm mechanically inclined and found I had to drill out a few holes in the frame for self-tapping screws to thread (full of powder coating). I did have three parts that arrived broken. One ten minute call and I had replacements in three business days. That leads me to believe support is reliable. Read more

Works well. Smooth operation, very stable. Provides excellent workout. Video games take some time and coordination to get use to. Speakers are fine for the program that talks to you but, sound is not good enough to connect an ipod or MP3, you will want earbuds. Fan is not real strong but helps. I would recommend. You would have to spend a substantial amount more of money to get a better machine. Read more

This product is very solid for the price. The setup is not fun (took about 3 hours). However, once it is put together you will like it. The ipod hookup is nice however, don't count on getting any cooling from the fan.... it is pretty much worthless. Read more

I use the 20.0 every other day for an indoor cardio workout during the cold months of Idaho. It is super quiet which lets me work out during the 5am hour without waking anyone (especially the babies). It took a couple of hours to put together but the instructions were clear. Read more
