The Relief Band almost made me cry!!

Excited future world traveler! from Wherever the plane may take me!

First of all let me tell you that I normally only write reviews when something is wrong with the product, but this one is different. I want everyone to know how great the ReliefBand is. I am the most skeptical person about products like these, but I was willing to try anything, I had some spare FSA funds on my card that I had to use anyway, so it was really no riske for me to buy it. I could not ride in the back seat of a car, anywhere on an airplane, or on a boat of any kind. I have tried dramamine, bonine and other motion sickness products. They worked a little bit, but I always vomited during turbulance and landing while riding airplanes. My vacations were not as enjoyable as they could have been due to the fact that I knew what was coming when I got on the plane. My Husband and I just returned from a 10 day cruise. I prior to leaving to go on the cruise was filled with stress about becoming sea sick as I had in the past on a 14 day cruise, so i went searching for something to assist me due to the fact I can not take bonine type products because of my regular medications, when I ran across the Relief Band. What a wonderful product. Our cruise ended up being one rocking and rolling day after another and 25 to 30 foot waves for hours on end, I simply turned my Relief Band on and kept it on when the seas were rough and never once had even the slightest bout of sea sickness, I was able to enjoy our cruise while many of the other guest were sick in their rooms, my husband and I were able to enjoy dining... going to the shows...and had a great time. I travel for work all the time and have always had problems flying-- turbulence and landings would ALWAYS make me feel nauseous. I would never be able to eat before flying or do much on the plane except just sit straight and look forwards. Forget about reading or trying to get any work done. I have tried medicine (that would just make me sleepy) and the bands that look like sweat bands. Nothing ever worked. The Relief Band has truly been a miracle worker for me. I can now eat full meals before flying, I can do work, I can read... I recently was on a prop plane going through a thunderstorm. EVERYONE on the plane was green... except for me. The only caution I would have is for little kids. There are 5 different strength levels and Level 1 is enough for me (32 y/o). I would worry that little kids would be able to change the level very easily and anything higher than Level 1 could hurt. Read more

I've had motion sickness my whole life which has only been getting worse with age. I am 28 and have never travelled much due to the fact I get sick on planes, boats, cars, public transportation, amusement rides, etc etc. I bought this thinking it would be like all the other "remedies" I tried and that it would fail like all the rest. This past weekend I was a passenger in a car for the first time in 8 years! I also spent an entire weekend at Disneyland and was able to get on ALL the rides.
