Great performing unit for its price range. Excellent, functional features and very good sound, even with the relatively crappy factory speakers in my car (they are a totally odd-ball size & mounting arrangement which would require unfeasibly extensive modifications to adapt quality aftermarket speakers). Fits perfectly in the dash of my Mercedes 300CE, replacing the original Becker receiver/cassette player. Wiring it was tricky and time-consuming in this car (most particularly identifying and properly mating up the various power and speaker connections) -- I was able to wire it due to my extensive electronics/audio background and also having the factory service manual for my car, which includes the vehicle wiring schematic. Depending on the car, if you aren't pretty well-experienced in electronics work or audio servicing, professional installation is probably recommended. Read more
